Anti-Fraud Statement
We take credit card fraud very seriously.
When you order from us, we collect your name, billing
address, shipping address, email address, and phone
number. Your IP address where you placed your order
is logged.
If the credit card being used is reported
lost or stolen, we will report the attempted fraud
and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent
of the law. Cases deemed to be fraudulent are referred
to law enforcement authorities for further investigation
and prosecution.
Once again, any attempt to use stolen
credit cards or credit card numbers will be reported
to the FBI or the RCMP. We will supply the RCMP
or the FBI with information needed to prosecute
the thief.
General Shipping Info:
All orders are shipped prepaid including
shipping. Website subtotal invoice and automatic
email confirmation of order does not include shipping
& handling. Shipping costs will be added to
the invoice when the order is shipped.
Free UPS or post mail standard ground
shipping for orders $299 or over to continental
United States and Canada. Address in Hawaii, PR,
USVI or outside of US and Canada will incur air
shipping and please contact us for cost.
The shipping charge covers both shipping
and insurance costs.

Shipping Schedule:
We ship out orders every day except
weekend or major holidays. After we receive your
order and related information, we will ship out
your order within 3 business days.
UPS standard ground service takes
5 to 7 business days to deliver to any addresses
in continental USA.
Post mail service takes 5 to 10 business
days to deliver.
For rush orders we can ship out by
UPS express saver ( 3 business days) or UPS express
( 1 to 2 business days). Please contact us for shipping
cost of faster shipping.
General Guideline of Shipping Cost
Outside of US and Canada
We usually use UPS air or air postal
mail for shipments to outside of US and Canada.
Without seeing what you are ordering,
we won't able to find out the AIR shipping cost
since dimension or weight of our products is very
varied. For example, US$800 worth of organic jewelry
or sterling silver jewelry only weights 1 to 2 LB.
But a US$300 worth of Bali beads shells necklaces
will weight 15 to 18 LB. And US$300 worth of Bali
handicrafts / home decors / sarong clothing can
weight between 25 LB to 50 LB.
You can submit the order online, we
will email you the shipping cost, and if you agree
with it and confirm the order, we will charge the
credit card. Otherwise we will not charge your credit
card and will cancel the order.
Please note, when the parcel arrive
your country, UPS or your postal office will clear
the customs for you but you are responsible to pay
applicable import duties and taxes.
Australia
We don't ship by postal service to
Australia because Australian postal offices always
lose the parcels.
We only ship orders to Australia by
UPS air. Shipping cost start from US$75 for the
first LB. It cost around US$160 for 10 LB box to
Australia.
United Kingdom
For small parcels, we will try to
ship by postal service to UK as personal parcel
to save you some duties and it only take around
7 days arrive. And our experiences with UK postal
services is very good so far, parcels never get
lost. Postal mail of 1 LB parcel cost US$20 for
shipping.
For large parcels or multiple boxes,
we will ship by UPS air because the rate is cheaper
than postal mail. Again, we will inform you the
shipping cost after we see what you are ordering.
Caribbean Regions
Our products are not only popular
in United States, Canada and Europe, they are fast-selling
merchandises in Caribbean area, such as Guadeloupe,
Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Puerto Rico, Dominica,
Trinida, Bahamas, Jamaica, Belize.... Many of our
long-term customers there order from us year after
year.
It is quite costly to ship the parcels
directly to Caribbean regions (except Puerto Rico).
However, if you have freight forwarder in US, such
as in Miami Florida, we will ship the parcels by
UPS ground to them. We provide free UPS ground shipping
to US addresses when the order is over $299. Then
your freight forwarder arranges the ocean freight
shipment to you. In this way, you will save some
money for the shipping cost.
To Puerto Rico, UPS air shipping start
from US$35 for the first LB.
To most of other Caribbean area, UPS air shipping
start from US$70 for the first LB.
