Anti-Fraud Statement
We take credit card fraud very seriously.
When you order from us, we collect your name, billing
address, shipping address, email address, and phone
number. Your IP address where you placed your order
is logged.
If the credit card being used is reported
lost or stolen, we will report the attempted fraud
and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent
of the law. Cases deemed to be fraudulent are referred
to law enforcement authorities for further investigation
and prosecution.
Once again, any attempt to use stolen
credit cards or credit card numbers will be reported
to the FBI or the RCMP. We will supply the RCMP
or the FBI with information needed to prosecute
the thief.
General Shipping Info:
All orders are shipped prepaid including
shipping. When you make order online, the shipping
cost is not shown on the invoice when you check
out. Online order (Website subtotal invoice) and
automatic email confirmation of order does not include
shipping & handling. Shipping costs will be
added to the invoice when the order is shipped.
When we process the order, we will charge the shipping
cost according to the rate listed below. If you
pay throught PayPal, we will send you a seperate
invoice to pay for the shipping.

Northwest Territories, Nunavut and any other areas
have no ground shipping available, the only shipping
option is by Canada Post air mail and we don't
give free shipping. Please contact us for shipping
cost.
Shipping Schedule:
We ship out orders every day except
weekend or major holidays. After we receive your
order and related information, we will ship out
your order within 5 business days.
USPS mail / UPS standard ground service
takes 7 to 12 business days to deliver to any addresses
in continental USA after the parcel leave our warehouse.
Canada post mail / UPS standard ground
service takes 7 to 12 business days to deliver to
any addresses in continental USA after the parcel
leave our warehouse.
For rush orders we can ship out by
UPS express saver ( 3 to 5 business days) or UPS
express ( 1 to 2 business days). Please contact
us for shipping cost of faster shipping.
General Guideline of Shipping Cost
Outside of US and Canada

We usually use USPS priority mail
or UPS air for shipments to outside of US and Canada.
Without seeing what you are ordering,
we won't able to find out the AIR shipping cost
since dimension or weight of our products is very
varied. For example, US$800 worth of organic jewelry
or sterling silver jewelry only weights 1 to 2 LB.
But a US$300 worth of Bali beads shells necklaces
will weight 15 to 18 LB. And US$300 worth of Bali
handicrafts / home decors / sarong clothing can
weight between 25 LB to 50 LB.
You can submit the order online, we
will email you the shipping cost, and if you agree
with it and confirm the order, we will charge the
credit card. Otherwise we will not charge your credit
card and will cancel the order.
Please note, when the parcel arrive
your country, UPS or your postal office will clear
the customs for you but you are responsible to pay
applicable import duties and taxes.
Australia
We usually use USPS international
priority flat rate box. Medium box (shipping cost
US$61.75) can hold up to 10 sarongs. Large box (shipping
cost US$80.50) can hold up to 19 sarongs. If you
order jewelry, the medium box or large box can hold
quite a lot of jewelry.
United Kingdom
We usually use USPS international
priority flat rate box. Medium box cost US$61.75
and large box cost US$80.50. They usually can hold
quite a lot of jewelry. Please note we don't ship
bulk clothing / textile items to UK as UK customs
has too many import requirements for the buyer and
seller.
For large parcels or multiple boxes,
we will ship by UPS air because the rate might be
cheaper than postal mail. Again, we will inform
you the shipping cost after we see what you are
ordering.
Caribbean Regions
Our products are not only popular
in United States, Canada and Europe, they are fast-selling
merchandises in Caribbean area, such as Guadeloupe,
Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Puerto Rico, Dominica,
Trinida, Bahamas, Jamaica, Belize.... Many of our
long-term customers there order from us year after
year.
It is quite costly to ship the parcels
directly to Caribbean regions (except Puerto Rico).
However, if you have freight forwarder in US, such
as in Miami Florida, we will ship the parcels by
UPS ground to them. We provide free UPS ground shipping
to US addresses when the order is over $299. Then
your freight forwarder arranges the ocean freight
shipment to you. In this way, you will save some
money for the shipping cost.
To Puerto Rico and U.S.V.I., we will
use USPS priority mail or UPS air. Please contact
us for shipping cost by email us your order. We
don't give free shipping to P.R. and U.S.V.I.
To most of other Caribbean area,
UPS air shipping start from US$70 for the first
LB.
