WHOLESALESARONG.COM is NOT a retailer and therefore
does NOT offer retail services to individuals ordering for their
own personal/family use. We require minimum wholesale purchase
of US$80 for each order.
Orders - We are a manufacture,
direct import and wholesale company. Our passion is to offer
to the resellers the lowest unit prices regardless of the small
minimum requirements.
Please order online and place merchandise in shopping
cart.
[A] All of our merchandise is brand new, 1st quality.
[B] There is minimum order of $80.
[C] You can always confirm or check you order status by calling
us within business hours,
[D] All orders are subject to the approval of the sales department.
[E] All prices are: 1) for merchandise only - shipping cost
not included for US 2) subject to change without notice.
[F] Orders accepted to prices prevailing at the time of shipment
and our ability to fill them.
[G] We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone.
[H] Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of
merchandise.
If you are not a internet bug, no problem! You can still place
your orders through telephone or by fax.
Payment - we accepts the following
major credit cards VISA, MASTER or AMERICAN EXPRESS. You can
also do your payment through PayPal, Money Order and Wire Transfer,
but be sure that you CALL US before sending your money order
and wire transfer.
Anti-Fraud Statement
We take credit card fraud very seriously. When you order from
us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address,
email address, and phone number. Your IP address where you placed
your order is logged.
If the credit card being used is reported lost
or stolen, we will report the attempted fraud and you will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Cases deemed to
be fraudulent are referred to law enforcement authorities for
further investigation and prosecution.
Once again, any attempt to use stolen credit cards
or credit card numbers will be reported to the FBIor the RCMP.
We will supply the RCMP or the FBI with information needed to
prosecute the thief.
Shipping
[A] We ship via UPS within the continental U.S. or by post mail.
[B]Free UPS or post mail standard ground shipping for orders
$299 or over to continental United States and Canada. Shipping
cost for delivery in U.S. please check out Shipping
Cost in USA. Canadian customers well be charge 10% of the
total amount for shipping through PAYPAL. Address in Hawaii,
PR, USVI etc will incur air shipping and please contact us for
cost.
[C] We process most orders within 3 business days and ship by
UPS or post mail to destinations within the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping charges IF ANY are shown on the itemized invoice. Please
allow 7 to 10 days delivery time from coast to coast, AFTER,
we have shipped the order.
[D]We are not obligated to make delivery on any specified date
and assume no liability for damages due to any delay or inability
to fill orders.
Returns
[A] Contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS after delivery and tell us reason
for returning and which items you want to return.
[B] Return items per our instructions in the email or on phone
[C] Upon receive your returned parcel and after we calculate
the total amount for the returning items, you can either choose
to use it as CREDITS towards your further orders or ask for
REFUND.
