Business plan is very important for any business. some of main point to include in a business plan are:
Executive summary (very important)
objectives
keys to success
Company summary
Product description
market segmentation
market needs
competitive edge
sales forecast
financial plan
projected profit and loss
projected cash flow
i think the above are some of the essential part of a business plan.
