Kansas, #1 Seed Overall for NCAA 2010 March Madness

With the 2010 NCAA Men’s basketball bracket released, the Kansas Jayhawks are on top with a 32-2 standing overall. Jayhawks Sherron Collins averaging 15.6 pts and 4.4 assists leads them on offense and Cole Aldrich 9.9 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per game on the defensive end. Will the Jayhawks be able to maintain their spot as the tournament moves on with the Big 12? We’re gonna have to wait and see since they face very tough opposition early and even later in the tournament.

The #1 seeds on each bracket have been getting early predictions that they will be competing in the later rounds. #1 seeds from the other divisions are Kentucky, Duke and Syracuse. (See the complete NCAA bracket overview at www. NCAA.com.) Kentucky has a 1-2 combo in John Wall and Demarcus Cousins who leads them with 16.9 pts, 15.5 pts per game. Syracuse Orange player Wes Johnson averaging 16.0 points and 8 rebounds will need more help from his teammates as Duke has a very well balanced offense led by Jon Schever, Kyle Singler and Nolan Smith, the 3 Blue Devils averaging more than 17 pts per game.

USA basketball is getting hotter this March as the NCAA bracket has just been released. Also, the NBA playoffs are getting closer and closer as the 2nd half of the season is almost over. It’s going to be an exciting time for all US college basketball fans around the world trying to place their bets on their favorite teams per bracket. A total of 65 teams will be playing throughout the tournament with each game crucial as the losing teams will be facing elimination.
